Terms & Conditions

1. About KARDARIA

KARDARIA is operated by Levana, a French single-member simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of EUR 100.

Company registration: 940 441 306 R.C.S. Paris
Registered office: 24 rue Lalo, 75116 Paris, France.
Customer support: help@kardaria.com
Website: kardaria.com

In these Terms, “KARDARIA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Levana. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of physical products made through KARDARIA by consumers acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

They should be read together with the product information, the conditions presented before checkout, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Pre-Order Policy.

The terms applicable to your purchase are those presented and accepted when you place your order. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

3. Product Information and Condition

Please review the product description before ordering, including the edition, language, contents and condition of the product.

Products must match their agreed description. Products sold as sealed are supplied in their original sealed condition. Any different condition must be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Descriptions and images do not remove your right to receive products that conform to the contract. If you need clarification about a product, contact help@kardaria.com before ordering.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

The product price, transaction currency, applicable discounts, taxes and shipping charges are presented before you confirm your order.

Applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the total shown at checkout. If you are asked to pay these charges again on delivery, contact help@kardaria.com so that we can resolve the issue.

The available payment methods and payment arrangements, including when payment is due and any payment schedule, are those presented before you confirm your purchase.

Any additional paid option requires your express agreement. Changes to prices displayed on the website do not change the agreed price of an existing order.

5. Placing an Order

Before completing checkout, please review your selected products, quantities, delivery address, contact details and total amount, and correct any errors.

By confirming an order using the checkout payment button, you acknowledge the obligation to pay in accordance with the payment arrangements presented to you.

We will provide an order confirmation by email and the applicable contractual information in a form that you can save. Please retain these records for future reference.

If you notice an error or do not receive confirmation, contact help@kardaria.com.

6. Worldwide Shipping and Delivery

KARDARIA ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched from the United States, Canada or France.

Free shipping is available to all destinations on orders of USD $200 or more after discounts. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

The estimated transport time is 8 business days after dispatch. This transport estimate does not include order preparation or the waiting period for pre-order products. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The delivery date or period agreed before purchase applies to your order. If no date or period has been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and any available tracking information.

7. Pre-Orders

Products marked Pre-Order are not available for immediate dispatch. They are prepared and dispatched once they become available, within the delivery period agreed when ordering.

A release date is not a delivery date.

If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock products, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. Orders containing pre-order products with different release dates will likewise wait until all products are available, subject to the agreed delivery period.

To receive in-stock products sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

We will inform you of changes affecting your order. A revised estimate does not automatically replace the agreed delivery deadline or remove your cancellation rights.

8. Order Changes and Delivery Problems

Contact help@kardaria.com as soon as possible to request a change to your order or delivery details. Operational changes may not be possible after preparation or dispatch, but this does not restrict your withdrawal or other statutory rights.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or marked as delivered without having been received, contact us with your order number.

When using a carrier offered by KARDARIA, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

If we miss the agreed delivery deadline, you may require delivery within an additional reasonable period and cancel if delivery still does not occur. Immediate cancellation is available where we refuse delivery, it is clear that delivery will not take place, or an essential agreed delivery deadline has been missed.

Following a valid cancellation for non-delivery, we will refund all amounts due under the cancelled contract within 14 calendar days. Other applicable remedies remain available.

9. Your Right to Withdraw

For consumer purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days, beginning the day after you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, receive the goods.

For one order containing goods delivered separately, the period begins the day after the last item is received. Any legally required extension where the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday applies.

You may also exercise your withdrawal right before delivery, including for pre-orders.

To notify us, send a clear statement of your decision to help@kardaria.com or write to Levana (KARDARIA), 24 rue Lalo, 75116 Paris, France. Please include your order number to help us identify your purchase.

The model withdrawal form below is optional. Exercising your statutory right does not require our prior approval. Sending your notification before the withdrawal deadline is sufficient to meet that deadline.

10. Returns and Product Condition

KARDARIA covers return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns made within the withdrawal period described above.

Contact help@kardaria.com to arrange return shipping at our expense. Unless we offer to collect the goods, you must send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return address:
Levana (KARDARIA)
24 rue Lalo
75116 Paris
France

Please pack the products securely and return their contents and accessories, with original packaging where possible. Include your order number and retain proof of postage.

We recommend keeping sealed TCG products unopened if you intend to return them. However, opening a TCG product does not automatically exclude a statutory withdrawal.

You may be responsible for a justified reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning, where the legal conditions for such liability are met. Any deduction will be explained to you. This does not restrict your rights concerning products supplied damaged, defective or not as described.

11. Refunds Following Withdrawal

We will refund the amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

For withdrawal from an entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge paid. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refundable.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that does not involve additional charges. No fixed cancellation or restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawals.

12. Damaged Products and Statutory Guarantees

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product, contact help@kardaria.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs, where available, can help us investigate.

The 14-day withdrawal period does not replace or shorten your statutory guarantee rights.

Statutory conformity guarantee

Where French consumer law applies, Levana is responsible for defects of conformity existing at delivery and appearing within two years of delivery. For new goods, defects appearing during this period are presumed to have existed at delivery unless the contrary is established or the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect.

You may request repair or replacement, subject to the legal rules concerning impossibility and disproportionate costs. Bringing the goods into conformity must be free of charge, without major inconvenience and within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days after your request.

A price reduction or termination of the sale may be available where the legal conditions are met, including refusal to remedy the defect, unsuccessful repair or replacement, excessive delay, major inconvenience or a sufficiently serious defect. A minor defect does not, by itself, justify termination of the sale.

Any statutory suspension, extension or renewal of the guarantee remains applicable. KARDARIA covers the necessary return costs for a valid conformity claim. Claims should be addressed to us rather than made dependent on obtaining approval from the manufacturer.

Statutory hidden-defects guarantee

Where French law applies, you also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. A qualifying hidden defect must have existed at the time of sale and make the product unfit for its intended use or substantially reduce that use.

An action must be brought within two years of discovering the defect, subject to the applicable overall limitation period. Where the legal conditions are met, you may return the goods for a refund or keep them and obtain a price reduction.

To exercise these guarantees, contact help@kardaria.com or write to Levana (KARDARIA), 24 rue Lalo, 75116 Paris, France.

13. Responsibility and Consumer Protection

KARDARIA remains responsible for performing its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. In particular, these Terms do not remove your remedies for non-delivery, non-conforming goods or other breaches of our obligations.

14. Personal Data

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about the processing of personal data in connection with your order and the website.

You may send data-protection enquiries to help@kardaria.com.

15. Complaints and Consumer Mediation

For a complaint, contact help@kardaria.com or write to Levana (KARDARIA), 24 rue Lalo, 75116 Paris, France, describing the issue and including your order number where available.

If a written complaint remains unresolved, you may seek free consumer mediation in accordance with applicable eligibility rules. Mediation is voluntary and does not remove your right to bring proceedings before a competent court.

16. Applicable Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms and the sales contracts to which they apply are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protection provided by the law of your country of habitual residence where that protection applies.

Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under the applicable jurisdiction rules. These Terms do not require consumers to bring all claims exclusively before the courts of Paris.

We may update these Terms for future purchases. Updates do not retrospectively change the terms of an existing order without your agreement, except where a change is required by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, mandatory law applies and the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent legally possible.
